2. Come and see it

A site visit is KSh 1,500 and we go any day of the week. You walk the boundary and see the neighbours for yourself.

3. Search, then pay

Do your own land search at the registry, about KSh 500. When it comes back clean, we sign and pay through an advocate. Not before.
